Complaints

Updated · 6 November 2026

A damaged publication, printing defect, incorrect file or lack of access to a purchased e-book may give grounds for a complaint. The seller is responsible for goods and digital content conforming to the contract.

What to include

A screenshot or error message can help, but is not required for acceptance of a complaint. A receipt is not the only possible proof of purchase.

Your rights

For printed goods, you may request repair or replacement and, in statutory cases, a price reduction or withdrawal. Rights concerning printed publications arise under Chapter 5a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

For non-conforming digital content, you may require conformity to be restored. In statutory cases, you may request a price reduction or withdraw. Failure to supply content also gives statutory remedies under Chapter 5b of the Act.

The seller responds to consumer complaints within 14 days of receipt. Failure to reply within the statutory period means acceptance. Marketing data-processing consent is not required to complain.
