Timing
Printed publications are dispatched within 30 calendar days of payment confirmation. Estimated transit time is an additional one to two working days from dispatch.
The purchased e-book link is emailed after payment confirmation, within 24 hours at the latest.
Payment methods
Online payments are handled by Przelewy24.
The full amount, including delivery, is shown in the cart before ordering. Cash on delivery and personal collection are not available. The currency is displayed before ordering and is retained through payment: USD for FORM ZERO ACADEMY workshops in the English storefront, and PLN for books, printed publications and the Polish storefront. Orders cannot combine products priced in different currencies.
