FORM ZERO ACADEMY

Online workshop terms

Version 2026-11-06-v1. These terms apply to FORM ZERO ACADEMY live workshops purchased through Czytivo. You may save or print them before purchasing. The terms applicable on the purchase date are attached to the order confirmation. This English translation is provided for convenience; contracts are concluded in Polish.

1. Seller and contact details

The seller responsible for delivering the workshops is ELSYNOR spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Św. Mikołaja 8/11, lok. 208, 50-125 Wrocław, tax ID (NIP) 8971979350, KRS 0001268421, REGON 545783046. Registered with the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, Sixth Commercial Division of the National Court Register. Share capital: PLN 5,000. Contact: info@czytivo.pl, telephone +48 512 273 961. FORM ZERO ACADEMY is an educational brand.

2. What you purchase

The purchase covers one person’s participation in a live online workshop: a two-hour lesson and a 90-minute group consultation to discuss the assignment. The bundle contains five workshops, a total of ten meetings. Topics, dates, times and scope are stated on the product page and in the order confirmation. All times are Polish time (Europe/Warsaw). The current workshops are taught in Polish. This is not a subscription. The price includes recordings available for 12 months from release, materials and prompts, a practical assignment and a certificate of participation. Recordings and materials are made available after the sessions; the seller emails access instructions. Consultations are group sessions discussing selected work; individual assessment of every assignment is not guaranteed.

A purchase is not a promise of employment, income, a particular business outcome or formal qualifications. The seller undertakes to deliver the sessions as described and with due care.

3. Purchase and payment

You can purchase a workshop without creating a Czytivo account by providing the participant’s full name and a valid email address. The buyer is the participant. An account is optional; if you choose to purchase with an account, the order is assigned to it. One item represents one place. The shop terms govern accounts, deletion and security. Deleting an account does not remove rights arising from a paid purchase; contact the seller about continued access.

Before ordering, the customer sees the products, dates, full tax-inclusive price and the currency selected by the storefront (PLN or USD) and required statements, and can correct the cart and personal details. The contract is concluded when “Order and pay” is pressed and the order is successfully saved, confirmed by an order number. The price is a one-time payment, with no delivery charge. Workshops bought through the English storefront are charged in USD: USD 19 per workshop until 27 November 2026 at 23:59 (Europe/Warsaw), then USD 69. The five-workshop bundle costs USD 79. The Polish storefront uses PLN prices. The amount and currency shown in the final order summary are the amount and currency charged. Products priced in different currencies must be purchased in separate orders. Advance payment is handled by Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.). A place is confirmed once the payment operator has verified payment. Returning from the payment page alone does not confirm that the payment has been received.

The order confirmation contains the contract terms and the statements given. Payment confirmation is sent after payment is recorded. The emailed link provides access to the order; orders placed with an account are also available there. An unpaid order does not entitle the buyer to attend.

4. Access and organisational messages

We will email the meeting link a few hours before each session begins, not immediately after purchase. If it has not arrived one hour before the session, check your spam folder and contact info@czytivo.pl.

We also send confirmations, preparation instructions, dates and information about any changes to the email address supplied with the order. These messages are necessary to perform the contract and do not require marketing consent. Consent to receive offers and news is separate, optional and revocable; refusing it does not affect purchase or participation.

Before the meeting, the seller provides the selected platform’s name, joining instructions and technical requirements. If that platform introduces significant additional requirements or costs not disclosed when purchasing, the participant may refuse them and receive a refund for the undelivered part of the service.

5. Requirements and participation rules

You need a computer, an up-to-date browser, a stable internet connection, an email address and audio playback. A microphone lets you ask questions; a camera is optional. Attending the sessions does not require paid AI tool subscriptions. Completing some exercises independently may require accounts or paid features of external tools. Those subscriptions are not included in the workshop price. Preparation instructions are sent before the sessions.

Participants must protect their joining link and must not share it. Other participants’ materials, images or contributions may not be recorded or published without appropriate permission. Purchase alone is not consent to recording or to marketing use of a person’s image or voice. The recording covers the instructor and lesson materials. Before the meeting, the seller explains the recording arrangements and ensures that people can participate without their image or voice being recorded. Recording and further use of a participant’s contribution or image requires a separately established legal basis; refusing consent does not exclude participation.

Participants retain rights to their own work to the extent provided by law and by the terms of the tools used. Submitting work for consultation does not transfer copyright to the seller. Instructor materials are for personal learning; public distribution requires appropriate permission.

6. Absence, rescheduling and cancellation

Missing a correctly delivered session does not automatically entitle a participant to an additional date. Access to the recording included in the offer remains available. This does not restrict withdrawal, complaints or other statutory rights. Please report technical problems promptly so that assistance can be offered.

If the seller cannot deliver a session, for example because the instructor is ill or a technical failure prevents teaching, participants will be informed promptly and offered a new date. They may accept it or receive a refund for the undelivered part. Silence is not consent. If an entire workshop is cancelled before it starts, the full workshop price is refunded. In a bundle, one fifth of the bundle price is allocated to each workshop; the lesson and consultation are valued in proportion to their duration. This does not exclude broader claims available under law. Refunds are made within 14 days of cancellation or receipt of a refund request following rescheduling.

7. Withdrawal from the contract

A consumer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding the contract. Send an unambiguous statement before the deadline to info@czytivo.pl or the registered address; the withdrawal function on the order page may also be used. No special form is required. The seller confirms receipt by email and refunds the amount due within 14 days using the same payment method, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method at no cost.

If the lesson takes place within 14 days of purchase, starting the service during that period requires a separate express request. If the customer withdraws after performance has begun at their request, they pay proportionately for the part delivered. The right to withdraw expires after full performance only if the statutory conditions are met, including prior express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of that right. Purchase, payment or sending a link alone does not remove the right. E-book consent does not cover workshops.

Sample statement: “I withdraw from the contract for participation in [workshop name], order [number], concluded on [date]. Full name, address, email, date.” A signature is required only on paper.

Protection also covers individual business owners to the extent provided by Article 7aa of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

8. Complaints

Send complaints to info@czytivo.pl or the registered address. It helps to include the order number, a description of the problem, the requested resolution and contact details. We do not require a receipt or a special form. The seller replies to consumers on a durable medium, including email, within 14 days of receiving a complaint; failure to reply within the statutory period means the complaint is accepted. Failure to deliver or improper delivery of sessions is subject to liability under applicable law.

9. Personal data and final provisions

ELSYNOR sp. z o.o. is the data controller. Details are in the Czytivo privacy policy. Data are used for accounts, payments, participation, organisational communications and legal obligations. Marketing requires separate consent. Participants’ data are not automatically shared with other participants.

Matters not covered here are governed by the Czytivo shop terms and Polish law, with mandatory consumer protection preserved. In a conflict concerning workshops, these workshop terms apply. A new version does not change contracts already concluded. Consumer ombudsmen can assist in disputes; information on alternative dispute resolution is available at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl. No provision restricts statutory rights.
